Do you provide the truck or pod?
No, for this service you supply the truck, trailer, or moving pod (for example PODS, U-Haul, or U-Box). We provide the crew that loads or unloads it. If you would rather we handle the whole move including the truck, ask about our full moving service.
How much does load and unload only cost?

Can you do just the unload at my new place?
Yes. We can load only, unload only, or both. Plenty of customers drive their own rental and just book us for the heavy lifting on one or both ends.
Do you still wrap and protect my furniture?
Yes. You get the same pad-wrap, blankets, and careful handling as a full move. Loading your own pod does not mean going without protection.
Do you work with PODS and U-Box containers?
Yes. We regularly load and unload portable moving containers and rental trucks. Just let us know the type and size when you book so we can plan the crew and time.
What do I need to provide, and what is not included?
You supply and drive the truck, trailer, or container, and any rental and fuel costs for it are yours. We bring the crew, the pads and wrap, and the know-how to load or unload it safely. Everything else about the heavy lifting is on us.
How should I have things ready for the crew?
Have boxes packed and stacked, pathways clear, and anything fragile flagged before we arrive. Since these jobs are billed by the hour, a little prep keeps the clock short and your cost down.
